The name “Del’s” honors Delmeria, the quiet strength behind our family. She was the one holding everything together — feeding loved ones, lifting spirits, and creating comfort in every meal she made. Her love was the kind you could taste. Naming the truck after her was our way of saying thank you — and making sure her name keeps showing up in moments of joy, connection, and good food.

The recipes we serve today come straight from Jaime, our family’s patriarch, whose love for cooking was matched only by his determination. He built everything from scratch — from our signature meats to our salsas — with care, pride, and a deep respect for flavor.
